- Please ensure that the photos clearly show the condition of the item or the absence of the item in your shipment.

**How to Request a Refund:**
1. Take clear photos of the damaged item or the packaging showing the missing item.
2. Send the photos along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to holisticessentials.contact@gmail.com .
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

**Refund Process:**
- If your request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
