Our Magnesium Spray will help you get better sleep, calm down your nervous system and relieves tense muscles. And, for an extra touch of relaxation, we've also included lavender essential oil to provide a calming aroma that will help you unwind and de-stress after a long day.
How to Use:
As a sleep aid, you can either spray or rub it underneath your feet before bed. For muscle pain/tension, you can spray it directly onto the affected area.
* Because Magnesium Spray has a high magnesium content, tingly/itchiness may occur if you are magnesium deficient. Start with a few spritz on your feet or any area affected daily. Never spray on fresh shaved skin.

I bought this shampoo and got it on April 3rd this year! I am just running out now (July 7th) which to me is crazy good. I have long, super thick hair - I usually go through a bottle of shampoo like water, but this one has held up so well. I still have the conditioner and a good amount of it left. My hair feels soooo clean, hydrated, and it feels so good to know it’s natural. I will be a life long customer thank. you!!!
After w days we've noticed a massive difference in my daughters hands. Hopefully it continues but from what they looked like from before to now it's like night and day

I’ve only been using this product for about a week or so now and it’s already doing what it says for psoriasis. I have tried so many different things for my psoriasis and this so far has been the best relief I’ve gotten. The fact that it’s all natural as well is just incredible.
